Aqua Yoga Dance Therapy

 Being held and floated in warm Hawaii hot springs, stress and worries wash away, and blissful joy illuminates. 

Aqua yoga floating dance is gentle beginswith a few basic guides movements. We then transition to floating above water.

For those who feel comfortable, we can also practice flowing movements below water as well.
